We are a distributed team by design, not by default. With people based across the UK, Portugal, and the UAE, we have built a working culture that prioritises trust, autonomy, and output over presence and process. We do not measure contribution by hours at a desk. We measure it by the quality of thinking, the rigour of advice, and the impact delivered for clients.

Culture
We take what we call a prism approach to our work. Every member of the team brings their own vantage point to a situation — shaped by geography, background, and experience — and we believe that diversity of perspective, applied to the same problem, produces sharper thinking and better outcomes for clients.
We back each other. We trust each other. We advocate for ideas that are innovative or unconventional when the situation calls for it, and we are comfortable operating in environments where the answers are not yet written. We are intellectually curious people who understand the world as a whole — not just the transaction in front of us.
The right person here is someone who brings a point of view, is willing to defend it, and remains genuinely open to being persuaded otherwise. We value rigour over volume, and judgment over activity.
