We are a distributed team by design, not by default. With people based across the UK, Portugal, and the UAE, we have built a working culture that prioritises trust, autonomy, and output over presence and process. We do not measure contribution by hours at a desk. We measure it by the quality of thinking, the rigour of advice, and the impact delivered for clients.

This is not a firm where work is generated for its own sake. We are targeted and deliberate — when we engage, it is because we have something meaningful to contribute. When we speak, it is because we have something worth saying.

We are a disciplined team operating at the highest levels of global finance. We are selective about the mandates we accept, the clients we work with, and the people we work alongside. That selectivity is not incidental — it is what allows us to bring full seniority, full attention, and full commitment to every situation we take on. There is no hierarchy to hide behind, no process to defer to. What there is is an environment where exceptional people are trusted to do exceptional work — and where the work itself is always worth doing.

We take what we call a prism approach to our work. Every member of the team brings their own vantage point to a situation — shaped by geography, background, and experience — and we believe that diversity of perspective, applied to the same problem, produces sharper thinking and better outcomes for clients.

We are not actively hiring, but we are always open to conversations with exceptional senior professionals. We look for people with significant transaction experience who are drawn to complex, high-stakes situations — and who bring the judgment, discretion, and intellectual independence that our work demands.
